This is a quasiclan/team of a unique type, centered around gaining and holding the most "territories" (servers). It is roughly modelled after nature itself (thus the name, Lex Naturalis, or Natural Law) and hopefully should still flourish even under decreasing client-bases. The hierarchy is to be dynamic, and based on the number of territories held; the three highest-holding members will be required to vote upon team issues, to settle disputes (only if said disputes are not directly related to the high holder), and to manage new membership.
This is a rough draft of segments for the guidelines. These are in no particular order, and I reserve the right to format them in a way similar to legal documents upon their completion. Discuss these, and add onto them as necessary.

Recruitment in the territories will be restricted to the holders and those explicitly designated by the holders. Unauthorised recruitment will be deemed invalid, and multiple offenses may result in the suspension of authorised recruitment rights.
Each game-mod should have its own claim requirements. So far, I've been unable to decide what mods such as JA+ and Makermod should require. LMD is much easier to determine in that it has more available information on each individual, and as such, territory claims will be restricted to LMD servers until such time as other requirements can be decided. Currently, territorial challenges are to be decided by the challenger, the holder, and the highest holders. This is subject to change.
In LMD servers, minimum requirements for territorial claims are as follows:
* At least one level 40 account
* At least one level 20+ auxilliary account
* At least 100 cumulative hours on territory.
* Reasonably clean status with the territory administration (Id est, no major long-term punishments or restrictions in effect)
These requirements, if questioned, may be verified with territory administrators. If the check with territory administration suggests that the requirements are not met, the highest-holding uninvolved party may be employed to verify requirements manually by logging into the account(s) in question.
Territory holders' failure to meet these requirements will leave said territories in the possession of the first qualified claim thereafter.
