3) Only Post If You Have Seen The Applicant

4) Only Post GL/BL If You Have A VALID REASON, ex. You are Helpful GL, or You Were Laming, BL

5) No Double Posting, Use The Modify Button

6) Post Only 1 Application At A Time

7) Respect The Ruling Of The Recruiters
